Interesting facts

Pope Benedict XVI is in London now. That's why I decided to find out which brand he is wearing. If we are interested what Sarah Jessica Parker wore at Sex & The City premier, why not to talk about one of the most important persons' in the world style?
He may never make the best-dressed lists, but Pope Benedict XVI is nothing short of a religious-fashion icon, riding in the Popemobile with red Prada loafers under his cassock and Gucci shades.
Are you interested who makes papal vestments? Is it Prada? Versace? Or maybe Mr. Armani?
Benedict has favored his tailor from his days as cardinal, Alessandro Cattaneo, and the 20-year-old religious-fashion house of Raniero Mancinelli, which has provided the pope with dazzling new vestments (some with shimmering, sequinlike details).
Besides, the tailor to the popes since the late eighteenth century is Gammarelli in Rome. When a pope dies and conclave is in session to select the new pope, Gammarelli makes a set of papal vestments in various sizes, so whoever the new pope is, he will be able to wear them right away no matter his size.
